1. Information We Collect
- Email and password during registration
- Match details you enter (team names, venue, date, etc.)
- Images and logos uploaded for posters
- Analytics data via Google Analytics (only if you consent)
- Beta application details and voluntary product feedback
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide poster generation functionality
- To improve the service and user experience
- To contact you with trial and subscription updates
- To review applications, issue invitations, operate beta access, and request voluntary product feedback. A separate optional consent applies to the future paid-launch email.
- Legal bases: steps requested before providing beta access and legitimate interests for operating and improving the beta; consent for optional analytics and the separate paid-launch email. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

We use essential cookies for security and sign-in. We only use analytics cookies after you give consent, and you can change that choice at any time.

4. Data Retention
Generated posters are stored on our servers for up to 30 days. Account data is retained unless the user requests deletion.
Unselected or closed beta applications are deleted after 90 days. Beta feedback is retained for up to 12 months and then deleted. Account data remains until account deletion or another documented legal requirement applies.
5. Third-Party Services
During beta we use Hostinger for hosting, Google for optional sign-in, and Google Analytics only after consent. Stripe does not receive beta application data and live payments are disabled.
6. Your Rights
If you are located in the European Union, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing.
For users outside the EU, you may also have rights under local privacy laws. We aim to respect data protection standards globally. You can contact us to request access to your data, request deletion, or ask how your information is handled.
