These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PosterGenie, a web application that allows users to create football matchday posters.
1. Your Account
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
2. Free Trial
PosterGenie offers a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required. You will receive reminder emails before the trial ends. After the trial, poster creation will be disabled unless a subscription is purchased.
3. Subscription & Billing
We use Stripe to handle subscriptions and billing. Subscription tiers are Basic and Pro. All pricing includes VAT. Subscription access remains until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service or violate any applicable laws. You are responsible for all content you upload (e.g., logos, images).
5. Generated Content
Posters generated by users may be temporarily stored on our servers for up to 30 days. We may delete older images to manage server space.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time.
7. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notifications.
