These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Poster Genie, a web application that allows users to create football matchday graphics.

1. Your Account
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
2. Free Beta Access
Selected testers receive 60 days of free Pro-equivalent beta access. No payment details are requested, no invoice is issued, and access ends without automatic renewal or any obligation to buy. Feedback and research participation are voluntary.
3. Experimental Service
The beta is experimental and may contain defects, change without notice, or be temporarily unavailable. It has no service-level commitment. We may end access for misuse or to protect the service. Planned prices are shown only for research and are not an offer for sale.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service or violate any applicable laws. You are responsible for all content you upload, such as logos and images.
5. Generated Content
Posters generated by users may be temporarily stored on our servers for up to 30 days. We may delete older images to manage server space.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time.
7. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. We will notify users of significant changes by email or through in-app notifications.
